Special Event: Youth Beyond the Stars - Art + Stargazing Night

We invite you to join us under the immense beauty of our dark skies for a night of wonder and awe! 

Each month we host these events with our best telescopes and binoculars with a goal to inspire and uplift the community towards the stunning beauty of this hobby.

This month is a special event for youth and select artists to create art under the stars. We were solected through a grant oppertunity to make this happen, and were so excited to host a night of stellar beauty for local artists and youth (and their families). If you dont have kids, you are still welcome to come, just know there will be limited availability of volunteers to answer your questions since they will be focused on the artists and youth. Telescopes will be set-up for visual and images, and we will be taking an image to send out to each attendee to take home!

These are all free to attend, but we'd really appreciate any donations which goes straight into funding our other programs and maintaining the equipment!

Dress warm, bring a chair if you want. Don't forget your KIDS!

if you're familiar with astronomy, if your a teacher and want to join our programs, if you want to volunteer at these events etc. please connect with us. We are looking for knowledgeable volunteers who can man a telescope and help the community find, focus and explain objects if possible.

Just fyi, we are looking for telescope and equipment donations, Event items, folding tables, and science equipment.
